Accessibility statement
Salary information should be usable by everyone. We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA and welcome reports of barriers we have missed.
Last updated October 25, 2026
What we do
- Semantic HTML with one H1 per page, landmarks and a skip-to-content link.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms and links with visible focus states.
- Colour combinations chosen for contrast, with text alternatives for meaning conveyed by colour.
- Reduced-motion support for animated progress and decorative effects.
- Data tables accompany charts so the numbers are available without interpreting a canvas.
- Responsive layouts that reflow on small screens and at increased zoom.
- Plain-language explanations of estimates, ranges and confidence.
Known limitations
- The trend chart uses a canvas element. The same figures are available in the experience table, forecast cards and machine-readable report.
- Older pages or third-party source links may not meet the same standard.
- Some generated text can be dense; if a section is unclear, ask us and we will improve it.
Feedback
If a page, form or document blocks you, email [email protected] with the URL, the device or assistive technology you use, and what happened. We will try to provide the information in another format and fix the barrier.
Assessment
This statement is based on our own review of the site’s templates and content. It is not a third-party audit or certification. We will update it as the site changes.
Accessibility statement — FAQ
Can I get a report in another format?
Yes. Every report is available as Markdown and JSON, and the HTML page includes the same figures in tables. Contact us if you need a different format.
Does the site work without JavaScript?
Core salary reports, hubs, legal pages and sitemaps are server-rendered and work without JavaScript. Autocomplete and the interactive chart are enhancements.
